DO YOU OFFER ANY GUARANTEES ON YOUR MERCHANDISE?
Hēbē Diamond Certificate of Guarantee accompanies every item purchased.
Diamonds sold at Hēbē that are certified by gem laboratories such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGL (International Gemological Laboratory) also accompanies the stone.
To maintain your merchandise in usable and wearable condition, we provide FREE jewelry cleaning. Meanwhile, for jewelry repairs including ring size adjustments, refinishing, soldering, polishing, gold plating, resetting and the likes, a minimal fee is charged. Chain and earring locks are also available. Contact us to know more of our jewelry services.
