Shipping and Returns


We are currently shipping nationwide (Philippine addresses) via our partner courier, Air 21.

To Track Your Order, we will send you an email and/or a text message, if you choose that option - for your tracking number and estimated arrival date. Using the tracking number, you can check on the delivery progress on Air 21’s status page in their website.


Estimated Arrival Date
While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date for your purchase, there are some factors that may cause that to change:

 The estimated arrival date does take the following into account:

  • Delays in credit approval
  • Weather delays
  • Lockdowns
  • Other shipping/vendor service disruptions

Additional time of around 1 week to a month is needed for:

  • Ring sizing
  • Personalized, pre-order, and special ordered items
  • Items shipping from different locations on different days.


Return and Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your with any other jewelry found in our website within 7 days from delivery date. To grant item exchange, the customer must email at with the following details:

Subject: [FOR EXCHANGE] <Order Number>

Email Details:
- Item/s for return
- Item/s in exchange from returned item

Expect response within 1-2 working days. Item for exchange must be at least the amount of the original purchase and customer must shoulder the shipping fee upon return and exchange of item/s. Refunds and custom designed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
